I called for a quote to replace the windshield in my 2004 Honda Element. Victor picked up on his cell and asked if he could call me right back when he landed at his shop. I received a return call within 5 minutes that included a price. He said he could order up the glass and be ready to go within an hour. I buzzed over, dropped off the car, and went for a run. By the time I had finished my 4 miles and gotten back to the house, Victor called to tell me he was all finished. I ran back to the shop, settled the bill and was on my way, new glass installed in just over 2 hours total time. Awesome. He also says he can do mobile installations, depending on the weather forecasts and site location (inside or outside) Best Buy Auto Glass in on McGlincy Av off of Union Av. just past Weschester (not Winchester!) on the east side of the street. It is a grey cinder block building in a small comercial strip. This is a small owner operated business. Victor was a good guy! He got me in and out in a hurry. That might have been an anomoly but I appreciated the hustle. He said he was been in business at the same location for the last 6+ years.
